Through platform acquisitions, he’s worked to expand our solutions portfolio to scale quickly so clients get what they need when they need it. With more than 25 years of experience in the marketing and tech industries, John has centered his leadership philosophy around hiring highly talented individuals and letting them do what they do best. With a focus on business operations and development, he helps to ensure that the whole organization has the tools and flexibility needed to provide clients with the greatest value of services and solutions.

Greg is an accomplished marketing leader with over 20 years of experience across various marketing disciplines, including: marketing strategy, digital marketing, 1:1 and loyalty marketing and marketing analytics. He is recognized as an innovation and strategy thought leader with a track record of driving revenue growth for global Fortune 500 companies.

As Managing Director, Tracy guides and directs the team structure, processes and overall workflow. She also manages the development, implementation and measurement of campaigns for several of Modern Climate’s clients. Tracy has spent more than 20 years in the agency business working with brands in a variety of categories, including packaged goods, financial services, healthcare and home products.

Jason’s aim is to craft strategy-backed, user-centric experiences for our clients that help them deliver on a brand’s promise. Overseeing a UX team that includes designers, content strategists and analysts and performance measurement resources, Jason’s ultimate goal is to provide an impeccable user experience that helps both brands and users accomplish their goals.

Elliott heads the Phoenix office of Modern Climate, bringing over a decade of account, project management and agency experience to the team with a diverse background including print and online marketing, branding and technological development. He’s managed projects ranging from website builds to ground-up branding and award-winning multi-channel campaigns and has been instrumental in establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships resulting in ongoing success for both his clients and Modern Climate.

Kris guides some of today’s leading, most progressive brands to stay relevant and connect with their audiences. As the advertising world slowly has become more fragmented, she has honed her skills in overall marketing and communications strategy, helping influence a range of brands in Financial Services, Packaged Goods and Home Product.

Pat leads the brand strategy group at Modern Climate. An intuitive thinker and creative problem solver, Pat excels at helping our clients and teams navigate the challenges of an ever-changing marketplace. Pat has held strategy and management positions within nationally recognized advertising agencies including Carmichael Lynch, Campbell Mithun and is co-founder of The Thorburn Group, an award-winning brand development and design agency in Minneapolis. Pat’s leadership has produced six Effie Awards, two Stephen Kelly Awards, a Gold International ECHO Award and many others.
