What we found was the key to Sprouts’ success was the inspiring nature and the approachable learning experience present in every store. By re-imagining the digital front door, we found we could create a welcoming sense of discovery through inspiring entry points that had direct connections to shopper mindsets.

Today, Sprouts is now inspired through a better understanding of how the business can proactively provide value to its customers; and the insights we uncovered have been reflected upwards into the organization to provide a framework for other customer touchpoints, including the in-store experience.
